Before you ask — here are the answers.
Flexibility has a cost — for both of us. Custom arrangements require more active scope management, variable planning, and a different kind of availability. If you're looking for consistency and value, the Part-Time or Full-Time packages are better fits.
We agree upfront on your working days and hours — for example, Monday to Friday, 9am–1pm your timezone. Within those hours, I'm available and working on your tasks. Outside those hours, I'm not on call unless we've specifically arranged that. It creates predictability for both of us.
Yes — and honestly, this is a good way to build trust before going all in. If we start part-time and it's working well, transitioning to a fuller arrangement is straightforward. We'd just revisit the contract and scope together.
Yes. I'm based in the Philippines (PHT), which gives me natural overlap with parts of Asia-Pacific, and I can adjust my working hours to cover US or European time zones depending on the arrangement. We'll figure out what works during the discovery call.
For the Part-Time package, hours don't roll over — the rate reflects dedicated availability, not just task completion. For the Custom arrangement, we'd track hours or milestones and bill accordingly. This is something can discuss and agree on clearly in the contract.
